I’ve had the opportunity to work with Sandra a few times before I confidently write this review. She saved one of my transactions from falling out when the other lender failed to fund the Buyers on time. Sandra is very responsive, truthful, and doesn’t hide anything. When she said she needed 10 days extension, she really meant it and did not ask for any additional extension afterwards. I believe one of the biggest challenges in a real estate transaction is closing on time or obtain the funds on time. If you need a loan officer who is transparent, professional, and responsive, Sandra is the person.
As first time home buyers my boyfriend and I didn't know where to even begin. Sandra took the time to personally walk us through everything step-by-step and was available day and night to answer questions and go over everything we needed to sign to purchase our dream home! She was so kind and patient with us and our million questions and what ifs.
